David Busker, CPA, CCIM
David Busker is the Founder and Principal of Quantis Realty Group. David has a long track record as a leader in commercial real estate in the Saint Louis market, with deep experience in portfolio and asset management, development and financing transactions.
David served many years as president and CEO of Koch Development, a former St. Louis based real estate investor and developer. He has served as president of the St. Louis Commercial Realtors, a board member of both the St. Louis Association of Realtors and Missouri Association of Realtors, president of CCIM St. Louis Metro Chapter, and a member of NAIOP, ICSC and BOMA.
Prior to commercial real estate, David was a senior tax manager and CPA with Arthur Andersen, then a worldwide accounting firm, and later Director of Finance & Acquisitions for Charter Communications, a Fortune 500 telecommunications company, where he led or managed acquisition and financing transactions totaling over $2.0 billion.
David is also the founder of FranchiseVision, a franchise consultancy and part of the FranChoice national network of franchise consultants. Additional services may also include real estate brokerage, education and referrals. Kirby Morris is a vice president and agent with Quantis Realty Group. Kirby brings unique expertise in banking and lending to his clients, with a background focused on real estate and small business transactions.
Kirby is a national SBA/USDA lender, an active real estate investor and real estate agent, representing buyers and sellers of both commercial and residential properties in Missouri.
Kirby is a graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Finance, and lives in Saint Louis, MO.
